Cidi Labs Recruitment Scam Alert

Last updated: 10/30/26

We’ve been made aware that individuals not affiliated with Cidi Labs are impersonating our company and staff to offer fake jobs. These scams often involve fake job offers, interviews held entirely over chat apps, and requests for money or personal information. They are not from Cidi Labs.

How Cidi Labs actually recruits

      • Our recruiting emails come only from @cidilabs.com addresses. We never use Gmail, Outlook.com, Yahoo, or other personal email accounts.

      • Our interviews include live video conversations with members of our team. We do not hire anyone based only on text, Telegram, WhatsApp, Signal, or similar messaging apps.

    Cidi Labs will never:

        • Ask you to pay a fee for applications, training, background checks, or equipment

        • Send you a check and ask you to buy equipment or forward money

        • Ask for your bank account details, Social Security number, or ID documents before a formal written offer

        • Make a job offer without a real interview process

      If you’ve been contacted

Do not send money or personal information. To confirm whether a message is genuine, email us directly at support@cidilabs.com. We’ll confirm whether the person and the position are real.

You can also report the scam to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov and the FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center at ic3.gov. If you’ve already shared financial or identity information, contact your bank right away and visit identitytheft.gov for recovery steps.

We’re sorry this is happening to job seekers who were interested in working with us, and we appreciate you taking the time to verify.
