The contest is open to all Cidi Labs customers, and we’ll be selecting multiple winners. The voting will take place in our Slack community, where you’ll have the chance to hear feedback from fellow Cidi Labs customers. Winners will not only receive recognition and praise from the community, but also have their custom theme included in an upcoming release of the new DesignPLUS Sidebar. We’ll also send you a Cidi Labs swag bag of goodies.
In case you haven’t heard, last month we released a new offering called Cidiscape Cidiscape is a free add-on tool for all Cidi Labs customers that provides a bird’s eye view of the data and activity related to DesignPLUS, UDOIT, and TidyUP across your Canvas courses. ⚠️ Important note for customers who have installed Cidiscape: On September 7th, we will be releasing an update to Cidiscape that introduces a new dashboard feature, as well as an improved setup process. With this release, all Cidiscape users will be required to re-authorize their API tokens, and the API tokens for the Task Runner.
On September 7th, we’ll be releasing an update to UDOIT to include some bug fixes and a fun new feature called “Fix Similar Issues.” This feature will allow you to select one type of fix and apply it to anything that matches that issue; for example, if you are changing color contrast with a particular red text, it will find all instances of that same red text and fix it as well. More details will be provided in the Release Notes on the 7th.
⚠️ Note that all UDOIT users will be asked to re-authorize their API tokens, as new scopes will be added to the UDOIT inherited developer key.
With the September 7th release, TidyUP will also be updating its inherited developer key to add new features and fix a few bugs. Users will also be asked to re-authorize their API tokens with new scopes being added to the TidyUP inherited developer key. TidyUP Release notes can be found here.
In addition to our live training, we are now offering video training that’s available to anyone on your team. Following the release of the new DesignPLUS Sidebar, we’ve created a sequence of training videos to help you master the Sidebar’s new interface and capabilities – at your own pace.
